40 DAYS TO PERSONAL REVOLUTION

Based on Baron Baptiste’s book and program, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, we will employ the practices of mindful eating, yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry to recognize and free ourselves from old habits while establishing new practices that nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits.
 
A daily combination of asana practice, meditation, diet and personal reflection will cultivate a solid foundation from which you can live and grow. The program's purpose is to guide you on your own personal transformation whether you are a beginner or experienced student. In 40 days you will create a whole new way of being and living. Whether you are looking for a huge transformation or small positive shifts in your life, this inspiring program will motivate you to take ownership of your life and live from a higher level of well-being.
 
You will be inspired to transform both body and mind.
 
The program’s 40 Days is divided into six weeks. The challenge is for you to commit to 6 days a week of practice (1 optional day of home practice) and one day of rest. Each week builds on the lessons of the one preceding it. The Sunday night meeting builds on the basics of poses, breathing, meditation, nutrition and accountability.
 
This is an amazing opportunity to see what is holding you back in life.
 
Required Materials:
• "40 Days to Personal Revolution" by Baron Baptiste, can be purchased at the studio for $12 or on Amazon and other similar online stores.
• Journal
• FlyDog Yoga classes or Membership through the 40 Days.
• Attend weekly meetings Sunday evenings 7:00-8:00pm.

Come spend a weekend at FlyDog Yoga for Power Sculpt Training! FlyDog Yoga Power Sculpt classes combine the best of all worlds: yoga, cardio, and strength training. Classes are designed to improve our physical and mental health and complement your existing yoga practice.
 
Upon completion of this weekend intensive training, you will have the tools and knowledge to lead students on the journey to a better self, through cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Together we'll fine-tune your skills for effectively teaching a basic Power Sculpt class.
 
During this 20 hour Power Sculpt Teacher Training, you will learn:
- Proper form, sequencing, and cuing for Sun Salutations A and B
- Basic class structure
- Breakdown of circuits
- Intro to major muscle groups
- Proper form and cuing for basic strength and cardio exercises
- Safety
- Practice with teaching
- Cool down and Savasana

Are you ready to fly?
 
FlyDog Yoga Aerial classes combine acrobatic arts with gravity defying yoga poses. We gain a greater sense of mobility, core/arm strength and therapeutic poses with just a single class.
 
Through this training you will be given the tools to effectively teach others how to support, amplify or liberate their body through intelligently sequenced classes.  You will be provided the skills necessary to teach a full basics and all-levels aerial yoga class.
 
In this 20 hour Aerial Basics Teacher Training, you will learn:
-Aerial hammock rigging/equipment/setup
-Breakdown of poses (training manual provided)
-Basics class sequence
-Practice teaching of basics class (everyone will be ready to lead a basics class)
-Specialty classes and how to lead them (children, private sessions, modifications for inclusion of various abilities/body types)
-Restorative Aerial Yoga
-How to build upon the basic class sequence (play with more advanced poses)
